The highly-anticipated kick off was celebrated by Magellan Development Group, Mayor Rahm Emanual, Alderman Brendan Reilly and Jeanne Gang, the architect behind Vista Tower. Those in attendance experienced a moment of history as Chicago’s third-tallest building began its ascent to becoming a member of the renowned skyline.
